So along with his aftermarket carbon fiber rear trunk, rear diffuser and front bumper inserts, the team at Velocity Factor installed a lightweight carbon fiber hood to complement the vehicle’s new look while drastically reducing the vehicle’s natural curb weight in the process. A set of hood pins with latches to secure the newly installed piece were attached as well.
