Nothing made for your car? We build it.

Can't find a system you really like? Want something fully custom, like a quad-tip setup on a car that only exits out of one side, or an exhaust for a brand-new model nobody makes parts for yet? We've got you covered. We build tailor-made exhaust systems by hand, right here in our shop, and weld them to perfection.

  • Range Rover. No aftermarket system exists for it, so we built one: polished stainless, mandrel-bent, with a MagnaFlow Y-pipe and turndown tips that disappear under the bumper.
  • BMW M440i convertible. The off-the-shelf system isn't made to clear the convertible's hardware, so we made custom brackets and hangers and reworked the pipe until it fit.
  • BMW Z3. A new mid-pipe and polished muffler, full stainless and mandrel-bent, with tips sized to suit the car.

Exhaust work we do

From a mild axle-back to a full system.

Bring a part you already bought or let us source it. Either way we check fitment for your exact car before the install is booked.

Axle-back and cat-back systems

The most common first upgrade: more sound and a better look with no tuning required on most cars.

  • Borla, Corsa, AWE, Akrapovič, MagnaFlow and more
  • Valved systems wired and tested
  • Tip height and alignment set evenly

Downpipes and headers

Turbo downpipes and headers that pair with a tune, installed with new gaskets and properly torqued hardware.

  • Turbo downpipes for European and JDM platforms
  • Headers and mid-pipes for naturally aspirated cars
  • We tell you up front when a part needs a tune
Discuss a downpipe or header

Custom sections and sound tuning

Too loud, too quiet or droning at 70 mph? We change mufflers and resonators or build custom sections to fix it.

  • Muffler and resonator swaps
  • Custom tips and tip relocation
  • Drone reduction on an existing system

On the lift

Installed and checked in our shop.

Every system goes up on the lift before it leaves: hangers, clearance, tip alignment and, on valved cars, the valves.

Already have a valved exhaust? · Authorized 11MODE seller

Loud when you want it, quiet when you need it.

If your car came with exhaust valves, the factory computer decides when they open, and it never opens them all the way. An 11MODE valve controller gives that decision back to you: one button pins the valves wide open, the other hands control back to the car.

  • No cutting, no wiring and no tune required
  • Plugs in between the factory connector and the valve motor, and comes out in seconds
  • Most cars are installed while you wait, or add it to a new exhaust install in the same visit

Questions

Before you order or book.

Can you install an exhaust I bought somewhere else?

Usually, yes. Send the product link or part number and your exact vehicle first, so we can confirm fitment and the hardware it needs before booking lift time.

Will a new exhaust drone on the highway?

Some systems do, especially straight-through designs on four- and six-cylinder cars. Tell us how much highway driving you do and we'll steer you toward a system, or a resonator change, that stays livable at cruise.

Does a downpipe need a tune?

On most modern turbo cars, yes. A downpipe changes how the engine reads the exhaust, and without a matching tune you can get warning lights. We tell you up front which parts need one.

How long does an exhaust install take?

Most axle-back and cat-back installs are done the same day. Downpipes, headers and custom work take longer, and we confirm the time when you book.
